我最近在做两个新鲜的尝试:早晨醒来的30分钟不碰手机,增加创造/吸收的比例。

原因是有评论说,早上30分钟不碰手机能够让整天都不碰手机的频率降低,我好奇想要尝试。而增加创造和吸收比这个点子展开讲很长,我想着另开一篇文章叙述。开始时间是2025年10月27日。

I’m currently experimenting with two new habits: a 30-minute phone-free period upon waking, and an increased creation-to-absorption ratio. It starts on October 27, 2025.

The motivation for the first is feedback suggesting that a phone-free morning can decrease daily phone usage, which I’m keen to test. The second point, regarding the creation-to-absorption ratio, is a lengthy topic that I intend to cover in a separate article.
